To be the leading university in Cambodia and internationally renowned for a high quality of education, research, publication, and innovation.

Missions

In order to achieve the above vision, Chea Sim University of Kamchaymear has set the following mission statements:

  • 1. To train technicians and specialists at higher education levels, specialized secondary education levels, and short-term and long-term technical education levels to be fully competent in knowledge, skills, and develop appropriate behaviors as good citizens who can live together in harmony and with national conscience, and respond to the needs of socio-economic and cultural development in the country, region, and internationally.
  • 2. Develop and promote research and innovation.
  • 3. Provide consulting services and technology transfer to contribute to community development and promote business in the region.
