MISOTA has a food processing plant in Battambang known for top good quality rice and natural fresh fruits. It is located in the suburb of Battambang city (about 290 Km away from Phnom Penh capital).
We work closely with local farmers to ensure the required quality of raw materials. Then the fresh fruits are processed using hygienic and validated production processes according to international food safety and quality standards such as GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000. In order to save the energy, we also use solar dryers to support our drying process.
